Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are accepted up to 2 hours before your appointment time.
Cancellations made within 2 hours, or no-shows, will be charged the full amount of the reserved service.
For those using a multi-session ticket, one session will be deducted.
To ensure fair access for all customers, we kindly ask that you avoid last-minute cancellations.
If you arrive late for your appointment, you will still be charged the full amount of your reserved course, regardless of the actual treatment time.
Please note that repeated cancellations may result in being unable to make future reservations.
