Our clinic is conveniently located just steps from Minami-Nagareyama Station, which is served by both the Tsukuba Express and JR Musashino Line. Thanks to this easy access, we have a high volume of clients and an excellent bed occupancy rate, ensuring stable income for our staff.

Most of our clients make reservations online through Hot Pepper Beauty, making scheduling smooth and efficient.

We have a diverse team of male and female staff in their 30s to 60s, and our great teamwork creates a fun and supportive working environment.

Job Description

Duties

  • Provide body care, foot health therapy, and aroma esthetic treatments to clients visiting the salon
  • Handle reservation and checkout procedures (basic PC and tablet operation required)
  • ※ Aroma esthetic treatments (including oil massage and facials) are performed by female staff only

Employment Type

  • Freelance contractor
    (All staff at our salon are self-employed professionals.)

Compensation

Commission-based payment (complete performance-based pay)

Compensation per 60-minute Treatment

① Body Care / Foot Health Therapy

  • ¥2,200 and up
  • 50% commission (from total sales)

② Oil Massage / Facial (for female staff only)

  • ¥3,000–¥3,500
  • Fixed 50% commission

③ Personal Designation Fee

100% paid to the therapist

Sample Daily Earnings

  • ① Body Care / Foot Therapy
     ¥2,420 × 4 sessions = ¥9,680 (based on 55% commission)
  • ② Oil Massage / Facial
     ¥3,000 × 2 sessions = ¥6,000
  • Total per day: ¥15,680

  • 1 day/week
     ¥15,680 × 4 days = ¥62,720 + ③ Personal Designation Fees
  • 3 days/week
     ¥15,680 × 13 days = ¥203,840 + ③ Personal Designation Fees
  • 5 days/week
     ¥15,680 × 22 days = ¥344,960 + ③ Personal Designation Fees
  • 6 days/week
     ¥15,680 × 26 days = ¥407,680 + ③ Personal Designation Fees

  • Commission rates are determined based on individual performance, including:
     Sales, number of client designations, work attitude, cooperation with front desk and reservations, shift availability during peak periods or emergencies, attendance, customer service quality, and range of treatments offered.
